Exercise it self has more autophagy then fasting and you dont need to be fasted its happening constantly in the body. Fasting and working out together does enhance this effect, also not eating after your workout creates a surge in growth hormone which in beneficial for aging.

I have watched Paul since a few years now and took some of his most basic courses. It is very profound and if you only ever study, implement and understand his book "how to eat, move and be healthy" you will be a healthy shining beautiful human! I once had a vision that when Paul Chek is going Mainstream, this will be a sign of the world shifting in a bright future. We still have some way to go haha.

I have found that my metabolism runs slow and any food that I have intake even though I might have elimination on a daily basis all of the nutrients are taken out before my body lets it go. I have found a one day diet, such as discussed seems to work better for me
